The regular meeting of the Board of Selectmen was called to order at 7:00 PM with all members in attendance except Mr. Connor.
Public Hearing – application of Stella Di Italia, Inc., Salvatore J. Graceffa, Manager for the transfer of the Restaurant Wine & Malt License with Cordials Permit and Common Victualler License from Three Star Alliance, LLC d/b/a Bella Pizza, Susan Panaggio, Manager, 799 South Main St., Unit #3
Mr. Mayhew read the public hearing notice.
Sal Graceffa stated he is requesting the transfer of licenses from Bella Pizza to open a restaurant which will serve Italian food with hours of operation to be 11:00 AM – midnight, 7 days a week.
Mrs. Davies asked Mr. Graceffa if he is TIPS certified. He stated is Serve Safe Certified and has been TIPS certified in the past and will be recertified.
On a Chaves/Goodnow motion, the Board unanimously voted to close the public hearing.
On a Goodnow/Davies motion, the Board unanimously voted to approve the application of Stella Di Italia, Inc., Salvatore J. Graceffa, Manager for the transfer of the Restaurant Wine & Malt License with Cordials Permit and Common Victualler License from Three Star Alliance, LLC d/b/a Bella Pizza, Susan Panaggio, Manager. Premises located at 799 South Main St., Unit #3.
On a Goodnow/Davies motion, the Board unanimously voted to accept the October 4th minutes.
On a Goodnow/Chaves motion, the Board unanimously voted to approve a One Day All Alcohol License for the November 10th BBA Taste of Bellingham Meeting, 6-8 pm at the Library, fees waived.
Mrs. Chaves suggested that there be a limit as to how many zoning articles can be presented at any one town meeting and that the Planning Board make a presentation at the meeting for each zoning change submitted.

On a Goodnow/Davies motion, the Board unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 PM.
